Hey all - 

I haven't updated this in quite a while so here goes. I've been at the gym pretty consistently, it's my second week I believe? Feels like forever! I'm using C25k with using the Hill setting on the treadmill for the break days in between, with just one or two days off a week. So far, I'm loving it. :) However, I'm not actually losing any weight. Actually, I've been gaining, which is really wierd. I'm 5'4" and 240ish pounds, not much muscle to that. I set up a meeting with a personal trainer next monday so see what else I can do, or what he recommends and go from there. 

I'm so proud of my body, seeing what it can do and where it's going. I'm in love with my own little program I've got goin for me. It's just a little tough sometimes, and I have to keep reminding myself of the quote I put here. I just have to trust the process! Maybe it's how I eat or what I eat - depending on how the PT goes next week, maybe I'll see a nutritionist as well.
