Another 14+ hour night shift last night, the third of 4 in a row.

7/15 at 6pm until 7/16 at 10am (bedtime!)

Breakfast: 1 cup yogurt (homeade. Seriously, anyone looking at this should google how to make your own yogurt. It's super easy, and allows you to control additives/sugar/preservatives, as well as tasting amazing)and 1 cup diced mango. Also, 1 cup almond milk with 1 cup of cold brew iced coffee (my latest vice), and 1.5 cups of skinny pop popcorn.

Snack 1: PB&J on Ezekial bread, 2T PB and 1T homeade raspberry jam

Lunch: 1 serving lentils and stir fry vegetables with onion, green pepper, spinach, kale, snap peas, and broccoli. 1T soy sauce and 1T coconut oil used in cooking. Otherwise seasoned all with spices.

Snack 2: 1 Lodi Apple, 1 cup sliced celery, 1 cup sliced cucumber. Out of hummus, so no dip, but I'll survive.

Dinner: 1 serving millet (cooked in water) with 1 cup kale

Snack 3: 20 oz soy latte, unflavored

Snack 4: 1/2 plain bagel toasted with artificial butter of some sort and grape jelly. Stress eating at its finest.

Couldn't eat the salad that I packed. It takes me so long to eat it, and the nursing profession often does not lend itself to having time for oneself.

Also only drank 32oz of water at work, because I basically wasn't having enough time to urinate often enough while at work. Drinking the second quart of water now, so hopefully I won't have to wake up all night to go!

luckily after having part of a bagel and eating my feelings, I'm still not hungry, even though that was 5 hours ago, so I'm heading to bed in a few minutes, and I couldn't be more excited that I don't need another pre-bed snack, since I usually do.

Cheers, and may the odds be ever in your favor!
