Back in January of 2013 I weighed in at 323 lbs. I dropped down to 199.9 in early March of this year. I then got back to 245 this past weekend. Need to stop that bad train and get back to the weight loss basics. Part of that was Diet Bet for me so here I am. Need to also return to counting calories and walking 3 - 4 times a week. So hi again DB my old friend, may you work your magic again.
