Just did 30-minute light workout on Wii U. This afternoon, meet with trainer at senior center and then a Bone Builders workout. Then meeting the usual gang for Friday evening beers - sigh - can I stick to club soda or tonic water? That would WILL help me make my goal weight on Monday for my first ever DietBet game!
