I am having a hard time staying motivated. I was excited to join this diet bet a little late: put myself to the test. But I am having a hard time staying focused and motivated. I have perpetually taken the "i will start tomorrow" position. Aaaaaaaaa! Any suggestions?

I sleep in my workout clothes the night before so that I have no reason to not get up and do my morning workout. I also keep a workout bag with me at all times with a change of clothes so that on the days that I don't have to work my second job I can get a jog in after work as well. I hope it helps. It took me weeks to get to the point that I was like no more procrastinating! As soon as I started sleeping in my clothes, I would wake up and be like get up and go! Haha!
