I ended up diving in under the line, rode my bike 35 miles today... lost .2 lbs more than I needed.

Congrats on the winning and the 35 miles. I did 24 once and it was a huge accomplishment. This time I used my stairs and barely came under as well. Been hating the scale the past couple days but did it by the skin of my teeth.
