How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

: Just putting a thought out there....
I know that when I started the 4 week journey, the scale and mother nature were not being kind to me (gee, I hope you know what I mean). So, it stands to reason that the same 'mother nature' wreaked havoc with my weigh-in this week. I still made the goal, but it was close. Any thoughts about a 5 week deadline, instead of 4 to help offset the 'mother nature' that most of us deal with?

Unfortunately DietBet only has 2 choices -- a 4 week challenge or a 6 month challenge. Try starting one in the middle of your cycle! Or switch to the 3 month pill... Which is AWESOME! :)

I realize that. I was poking around the site yesterday hoping there was a three month challenge. Oh well, onward and downward (as in the scale). A 3 month pill? That may work for some, but I try to stay away from unnecessary medications. I have never been on birth control (hmmm, maybe that is why I have three kids? ;) ). I try to keep things as natural as possible. Thank you for your suggestions, though.
