I'm ready to give up, which I'm really good at doing. I haven't lost any weight since before the last weigh in. I'm stuck and I don't know how to get out of this stupid plateau! I don't want to give up but I'm feeling like "why even try because it's not doing anything" I'm so frustrated!!

Maybe try switching something up. Sometimes when we get stuck it's our body's way of saying its ready for something else. Try removing one food item such as all bread and see what happens next

I eat a lot of veggies, protein, and a fruit a day. I'm not eating bread. Water is at least 64 oz a day. I try to do half my body weight in oz but somedays I don't reach it. I do a different exercise every day (been doing weights) except I have 1 rest day. I thought maybe I need more cardio so I started running/walking 3x a week. Is it possible for your body to get used to eating the same foods all the time? I eat a lot of salad. I love salad. Is it possible to eat too much salad? I have an addiction I put ranch on it...but it is a small amount :) I don't think it would be enough to make it so I don't lose any weight
