I'm so relieved that I skipped that cheat day on the weekend and put 4 stellar days in a row to lose those last few pounds. Phew. Had a cheat evening tonight. Back on the wagon until Easter Sunday, then on the road again. Since January, I've lost around 16 pounds, gotta keep it going, more to go. Congrats to everyone.
