Add the strength training light weight at first if have not really done before. Maybe switch up the time if day work out as well or switch the days you are doing stuff around. One thing at a time tho so you can see if it helps.

No, I'm not in this game. I'm over at Fit2Fat2Fit. So far I've lost about half of my goal. It's possible I won't make it, but as long as I get under 200 I'll consider that a win.
