Stopped a junky creamer and switched to keto creamer. No junk eaten. Even eating out I ate keto. I wore my Kaplan shirt!!! It's been 3 years

I wasn't able to workout on my trip but one day. This week I finally slept in (today) and will return to my exercises either today or tomorrow.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The struggle with all my surgeries and injections have changed my hormones. M scared I will not succeed. But four years ago I was185 lbs. I can do it.
