I have been very competitive all my life. Dietbet helps me so much because I can not stand to lose. But I have had weight problems all my life. I have become an expert at dieting. Then I eat carbs again and gain. I do not follow a silly low carb diet that is full of grease. When dieting, I eat low fat protein and veggies, mostly raw. It works. But I cannot give up pasta for life. Carbs are addictive. Eat more than a bite, and you become very very hungry. I avoid any breakfast food. Bacon and sausage are pure grease. Cereal is carbs. Eat cereal for breakfast, and you will stuff yourself for 6-8 hours. Yougurt is mostly sugar, and the manufacturers dump tons of deadly sugar in it, which makes you sooooo hungry. Eat a low-fat hamburger, grilled chicken, can of chicken or tuna for breakfast, and you will not be hungry for hours. The first day is hard. But if you stick to lean meat/chicken/fish for breakfastr for several days, and munch on raw veggies all day, then dinne
