Zumba x 2, Yoga x 1 and about 10 hours of yard work. Ate better too! Increased water

Treated myself to ice cream today for hitting my goal. I forgot Mother’s Day is Sunday. My goal is to avoid late night snacking this week. Also not to go overboard on Sunday!

I weighed less this morning and was happy with it. I know I need to buckle down. Cheez-it ain’t a recipe for success.

I was a lucky girl. I couldn’t go to Zumba because I hurt my foot. I treated myself to ice cream but somehow made it. So glad the weather is turning. Ready to be outside
