2x day workouts and restricted diet. spinach shakes for breakfast, dinner, and snack with a medium sized meal for lunch. High protein, low carb, low fat. No refined sugars and I try to cut salt completely out of my diet. It's mostly about discipline - I'll do this for 6 days in a row, and then relax and eat what I want on sundays.

No I lost 4lbs from yesterday til my weigh in tonight, and now 12lbs total since my initial weigh in 3 days ago. Started at 266 now 254.
