Hi there Bubba. I have honestly never listened to your show but I love country music so I'll see if you are on the radio down here in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Just wanted to give you encouragement and glad to see you are also following the "Paleo" diet. I've dropped 160lbs since starting Paleo 5 months ago so I think it works great! I bought a freezer and 200lbs of grass fed bison; it's a very healthy and lean protein to eat patties, healthy chili and make soup. Good luck and I'll try to find your show on the radio!
