I got deflated with my last dietbet so I am not doing so good. I am still walking and doing some excersise. Tomorrow I am going to start hitting it hard.

Almost there Gerry...sip some of Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar three times a day and flush done with water...that should lose that last bit of weight! It's horrible tasting but it works!

Come on Gerry only two more pounds to go...you can do it!!! Proud of what you have done...
