Thanks, Stephanie. I can use all the encouragement I can get. I was actually 217 in July, after losing from 275 over a few years. Then the doctor changed my thyroid medications and I literally gained 30 pounds in 6 weeks. It slowed down after that but I didn't stop gaining until I reached 262. My doc and I are working on getting the right formulation of medication down. But, man it has been discouraging. I knew it would be a lot harder to lose than it was to gain. But... I've done it before and I can do it again. Thanks again!
