It is so wonderful that you actually LOST weight. You are just doing an absolutely remarkable job. I have my mind set on meeting my goal before Jan 1 which certainly should be doable! No more falling off the wagon and having big back slides...,..no sir eeeeeee!

It is very windy and cold here but I love the feel of fall in the air. Tomorrow I go to lunch with the LEW museum volunteers and then we are going to go through Laura's home again as a group. I am looking forward to it. Tell Sammy and your husband both Hi!

hi Susan, well it's good, my scale is being weird but I'm saying I'm down since my last db weigh in, by -.4, so I'm happy... I got real serious over there after my son and family left, no more mac nuts, not more fancy eating out where you can't control it, even when I asked them to not put the sauce on my seared ahi they did and dressing on my spinach salad, I didn't want to make a ruckus since it was MIL's b'day dinner, just irked me...oh well, didn't do any damage...but I'm so glad to be home and am glad to be away from that crazy traffic and noisy Waikiki, I swear our timeshare is in the middle of siren city, biker city and bar city, it's pretty nonstop noisy..so I'm glad to be back home to our pretty quiet mtn... hope all is going good with you and your husband...well we're off to go get Sammy, I sure missed him, have a great day today...
