Worked out so hard at a fitness class instructor complimented me

Used low calories recipes but didn’t pay attention to the huge amount of salt so the salt bloat was discouraging

I’m transitioning from night shift to day shift this month at work and will need to fix my workout schedule, but longterm I just love to enjoy great restaurants and happy hours!
