Thanks Sue! Yes, my clothes are literally falling off. However, that doesn't help me with THIS game. LOL! :) The scales HAVE to show it in order to win. It's been tougher this time to take it off the scales. I can't give up though. :)

Hi Shelly. I'm (mostly) very low carb too. Advice I heard early on was to avoid food with a nutrition label, lol. But I am sticking with the Dukan diet, eating protein, protein, more protein, and veggies. I have a cheat meal once a week. Hope this helps you. I've lost 30 lbs this year from this method.
