OK so St. Pats caused me to put a couple of pounds back on but I should be able to drop them again and just meet my goal. Heading to the gym now for 1000 cal workout on the treadmill.

Just realized that next weekend is St Patricks Day and my daughters 15th birthday. Friday is the traditional lunch at the Plough & Stars. I need a plan.
