Florence, it looks like you're doing pretty well, so don't get discouraged. Shoot for 1lb per week after the initial week. If you walk 30-45 minutes *in addition to your normal activity* and *every single day*, then you'll burn an extra 200-300 calories per day with virtually no risk of injury, and I think you'll find that it's pretty easy to maintain a 500 calorie/day deficit with consistent minor adjustments in your diet. You need to know your resting metabolic rate, though, so the amount of food you can eat for maintenance may take some experimentation. Good luck!

thank you very much for your support. Sometimes it's a little discourageous to not see the results on the scale, but i will continue to work out and i hope this "plateau" will soon break ^^
i've already loose 8kg with this game (more that i ever succeed to do by myself), the challenge and all the support are the best motivation for staying focus on my goal :D
I will try to replace some of my workouts by walking as you said, sometimes body only need little changes ^^
