congrats on your weightloss so far! i see that you do weight watcher. i do that too. how much have you lost using that method

Thanks! WW has helped me lose 15 lbs in the past however as soon as I stop tracking it slowly comes back. Running really helps too - I try and run about 20 miles/week

Yea I notice that you have to track to the "T" otherwise it does creep on. That is frustrating. It creeps but I maintain the weight which may be 3lbs if I stop tracking
