Hi Kim, have you tried lots of lean protein, veggies, and water? That's how I'm doing it, and when I first did this, the weight flew off!

Her yoga workout is a good beginner one and has no jumping.

Her abs workouts are great - 6min abs or lose those love handles, I feel them in my legs too on that one. A lot of her earlier routines are fun and are always modifiable . I'm pretty sure the video she just created on the beach with the other girl doesn't have jumps except for jumping jacks and they're only for 30secs 2x. -- also not that I don't love arfit excises bc I do lol (obviously) but you could also download the Nike training app. They're excersise routines are great.
