IF = intermittent fasting. 5/2 is one of the methods, basically you fast 2 days a week. Good on the posting, keep it up - I'm sure there is a correlation to success.

Hmmm I was just watching the PBS special on that guy and I'm not quite done / have u done more research / how does it work for you ? I mean are you able to do it - the two days are back to back right?
