Great focus. Walking & weights... fantastic. When tempted, ask God for his strength... and set a timer for 10 minutes (resist for 10 minutes & the craving might pass... or get yourself busy doing something distracting during those 10 minutes). But after the 10 minutes... it's ok for a LITTLE cheat... if you cannot resist anymore. Good luck!!!
