did great resisting temptation to binge, and didn’t buy snacks while grocery shopping, which is a huge deal for me.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
getting in additional activity has been a huge struggle. Lots of struggling with anxiety and it’s making it an uphill battle to even get out of the house.

exercise 2 days and try to focus on lowering my stress level. All of this work is so that I can be a better mom so it will all be worth it in the end.
