I've got a personal goal to lose 30 lbs in 5 weeks, which started on 10/17. On 10/17 I weighed in at 200.6 (my first time ever over 200). On 10/25 I weighed in at 192.8. I'm well on my way and I hope that this diet bet will help keep me motivated.

Seth, I don't think you have the 30 (extra) lbs to lose 5 weeks, but awesome!!! I mean once you hit 175, it might be time to maintain. But HELL Yeah, you can do it. 6 weeks where you make HUGE strides.
