If you weighed last night, and then this morning, a lot of it was probably water weight. I "lost" 3 pounds this way, too. Try to weigh yourself at the same time every day. The best time is first thing in the morning when you wake up. This is when you are at your lightest and it will give the most consistent results.
In any case, keep up the good work. I started the SCD 10 days ago and I've already lost 8 pounds....This s#*t works!!

I'm not sure how that happened, and I checked twice, but I lost 4 pounds in a day. I WAS really good, but I'm pretty sure that's a fluke.
