I'm friendless on MyFitnessPal, so I don't know how helpful it is to have friends on there - I don't have any local friends who are actively trying to change their habits, so I don't have anybody to add. I'm so afraid I'll lose momentum after DietBet is over. Wanna add me? username: gmandolyn

I seen your comment on people already making their weight loss.....actually, in two days, I lost 8 lbs.......I guess it was water....so I got a little too confident and drank some homade jack lalane vegetable juice...but added a fifth of vodka over the weekend....and gained it back....so,,,,you drink a lot of water and eat right and make your weight the first go around....I think.....
