Christians getting healthy!

Checking in! How is everyone doing? I won round 1 and I finished my kickstarter, as well. Now I'm just in the Transformer and doing well, so far! I thought I would share a website. I have done Barb Raveling's Freedom from Emotional Eating Bible study (and doing it again!) and she has a podcast and lots of good articles her site:

I agree! I was reconsidering joining Lexi's kickstarter today, but after I posted the comment, I asked the Lord and it was an immediate - "no, just stick with the transformer and learn for the long haul." After all, a "kickstart" is not meant for the long term, it's a "jump start" and transformation happens in the journey. They are well titled games!
