A big bounce back today from last weeks hard half marathon. This morning I ran 10 Miles in 1:43:01. My second best 10 miler ever. Not only that but it was a negative split with the second half within 34 seconds of my best ever 5 mile time! It’s important that we understand that one ‘bad’ run doesn’t make you a bad runner. Just bank the mileage and move on.
