Hi everyone, I am 56 and since I hit 50 it has become really difficult to lose weight. I have tried all the diets and I lose a few kilos and then within a month I get them back. It is really soul-destroying. I am hoping that Dietbet, will be the one to work for me. I would like to lose 12lbs. Soon!
