What type of diet plans is everyone following. I just use common sense on what foods to eat and make sure I log everything into my Lose It app. I also try to stay within 1200 calories and try to eat more protein and vegetables rather than carbs cuz once I start on those, I don't stop. Just curious!

This is the same app and "plan" I have used to lose my 1st 40 lbs. Only need to lose 40 more! If you would like to have some "bread", look up the 90 second bread recipes and try some. I just came across it a couple weeks ago and I love it with some nut butter or fruit on it. I have also used it with tuna/avocado salad and tomato. I make it in the microwave in a small Tupperware sandwich container and then cool it quick in the fridge.

I also make "chaffles" to use as bread. 1/2 cup of cheese, 1 egg, and seasonings. Grill on waffle maker. My favorite is pepper jack cheese with italian seasonings--I use it to make BLT's. OMG, amazing!
