I wanted to, but I have determined that since I do not wear a watch or tracker, I will not do well!! I will not remember to take my phone EVERYWHERE with me. The struggle is real.

I thought about it - but I get most of my exercise on a rowing machine ... or weightlifting - neither which translates into the steps I would need.
