Tricked out my spread sheet today … tracking and ready to replicate the success I had when I first found WTG.
Next the gym … I am truly amazed and quite pleased with myself.

I am back after over a year of gaining weight. Enough. I tried doing some transformers but ended up gaining even more so I am back to one month at a time. I used to be very active in the WTG community as were many others. Where did everyone go?

I agree about WTG. Being involved with a group of people who GOT IT was motivational. All my friends are slim, thin, extremely fit, or just not interested in food. I seem to be the only calorie magnet with a good appetite among them.

After a hip replacement last November I am finally getting back to being active. I could have done so much sooner but let myself forget that excuse is just a four letter word dressed up fancy and that it should always be linked with "There's no...." before it. I also will admit to having some issues with the whole idea of putting titanium in my hip socket. I have had over a dozen surgeries but this was the first major replacement. Anyway, I have gone back to square one by joining one game that ends April 15. So far it is going ok but I am having a hard time feeling truly reconnected to DietBet. I have had to go out and buy larger clothes after two full years of being able to wear 99% of what was in my closet. Wouldn't you think that that was motivation enough to stop the weight gain? Go figure- or I should say gone figure. Anyway, I will keep checking in and hoping that more people post on WTG. It is good to hear that you are moving forward.

Oh my gosh - Judy, You are like the bionic woman now! And, buying larger clothes ... nothing worse. My consignment shop closed about a month ago. Paying full price is not an option. I am down to the last of what "fits". Prior to admitting to the severity of my situation I convinced myself I was simply creating a capsule wardrobe. Not hip. Too much hip.

I hit my goal for round 1 of my second transformer yesterday and of course today now that I can weigh in it's up. At least I can try again tomorrow if I don't have a BM in time to weigh in today :P

Made my transformer weight this morning … 3 days late. Here's to making my kickstarter weight 3 days late. Best of all - that trends me to making month 2 transformer on time!

That's great that you're on track to win round 2!! The first round you're only out what like $13? As long as you make round 6 you'll still have a nice payout ;)

Leslie

Keeping the eye on the Big one …. I'll be within 1 pound of goal.

So month 1 of my transformer will be a miss. Not by much but a miss just the same. As for my kickstarter - still within range - just less than 2 lbs in 5 days. Got to stay focused. Good news is that I am in the groove again, understanding what it takes to have a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable over time. My current plan is a little more stringent but ultimately will get me passed the over indulgent and stationary habits I established over the course of the last two years. IF (eating only between 11 - 7) daily, Fitbit fired up (10+ K per day), no white sugar, no glucose, no lactose, staying away from processed foods in general, 11 minute workout at least once per day. My energy level is up … I am ready to kick those 20 pounds to the curb!
