Last month was crazy. I have an old stomach problem that flared up. Essentially if i eat too much, too fast, or don't drink enough water I get sick. It is a side effect from Ibuprofen (which i no longer ever take). The stomach issue was gone that had a mild flair up and I found myself losing weight pretty quickly. Now that the issue is resolved I am gaining back all i lost even though I am eating well. It makes sense since I was throwing up the majority of my food and now that i am keeping food in my poor body is holding tight to it afraid I'll get sick again.
Gaining the weight back sucks but I am glad to. For a brief moment I was loving losing the weight too much. Yes, losing a half pound or pound a day was awesome but throwing up is not how to do it. Luckily, my supportive fiance and my own common sense told me to fight through the issue, get it fixed and move on in a healthy way. I'd rather be fat than hunched over a toilet all day to be skinny.
This month is gonna be tough. Not only do I already have 10 pounds to lose but gaining has brought me to 12 pounds and counting. Sucks but like i said I am gonna do this the right way.
