I need some motivation and maybe some tips. I started this journey on 1/31/18. I've lost 7.4 lbs, but most of that was in the 1st week. After that it slowed down to a crawl. I'm tracking calories and eating, on average, 1100-1400 calories. I try to eat mostly protein and produce (not many refined carbs). I was only getting about three exercise sessions in, so this week I bumped it up. I got 5 days of cardio in and did at least 45 min and three of the days over an hour. I have a week and a half to get three more pounds off. That sounds pretty easy, but it's not for me! I'm really frustrated! I'm drinking 10 to 12 glasses of water a day. I don't know what to do besides cut back on calories even more or exercise more and I already feel like I'm giving it all I have at this time. Thoughts?
