Hi everyone! I'm needing to lose exactly 100lbs according to my doctor (who I love and trust). That would put me on the high side for the healthy weight range for my height/age.
I know myself SO WELL. I know all of my strengths and weaknesses. I know what foods I'm addicted to, what I can eat in moderation and what I need to not ever eat at all. I'm and ALL or NOTHING person in so many areas of my life. Eating healthy (or eating junk) is one of them. I am 100% dedicated now and know I have this, what I consume is under control.
What am I afraid of?.... Maintaining goal weight. My weight as gone up and down for 22 years now (from age 14 to 36). I have not been able to maintain goal weight for a very long period of time in the past.
I'm going to focus on my goal (10 to 20lbs at a time). But -100 down... I know I got this. I'm ready. I need to make this the last time.
