Pretty new to Keto, 5th week. I've tried fasting, and just can't get into it. I fasted intermittently for a week, 16/8, and was just not happy nor did I feel good. Am I the only Keto devotee who doesn't fast?

You might be going into it too fast. Did you start off with no snacking? I recommend starting off at three square meals, then pushing breakfast a little later until it becomes lunch (maybe eat a smaller lunch while making the change, like replace it with a snack once breakfast gets later). The biggest problem people have with fasting is jumping in too fast. Initially, I didn’t start fasting until I had been keto for a year. Fell off the wagon for awhile and I’ve been back on Keto for two months and just getting back into IF now.

I started IF my first week of keto only because I'd done IF before and knew my body would be okay with it. I also started SMALL, basically, I stopped eating after dinner. I'd finish dinner by 6pm and wouldn't eat breakfast until 7 or 8am. This still gave me 13-14 hours of fasting but with no effort. No need to start off too high. IF has amazing health benefits, but they won't happen if you can't find a good way in.
