i am thinking of reducing the animal based proteins. there are nuts, seeds, tofu and what else? i am a little lost. is anyone of you following a vegan keto food list?
Check out ProteinPow.com, Anna Sward's website. She has recipes using protein powder and in many of them, she uses vegetable protein powder. Some of her recipes call for whey protein but you can experiment with substituting vegetable protein.
