- Yay! I’m now in the therapeutic range of ketosis, measured by my glucose to ketone index. I feel great, I have more energy, less hunger, and less inflammation. For me keto is not just a tool for weight loss but also a tool to help with my autoimmune diseases, fibromyalgia and seizure disorder. Part of why I’m losing weight is to help with those health issues, the other part is to look and feel good :D
