I'm not sure how many people only have a little to lose. Whether you have lost a lot to join this group or just want to lose a size, I am hoping this group can share tips for staying motivated when you don't have a lot to lose. Sometimes your body gets used to diet and exercise, so weight loss slows down. Other times, you may not be as careful because you are not that unhappy with your appearance. In fact, friends may say you look great. Please introduce yourself if you join.

Hi Mindy. Thanks for joining. Did you lose a lot already and are down to the wire, or you just want to drop a size or so? For me, it is the latter. I also have a few other questions.
Do you prefer sweet or crunchy snacks?
Favorite food?
Are you a quantity eater or can be satisfied with a small portion?
Are you a night time eater, 3 to 5 eater, or something else? Just asking people as they join, so we can help each other better. Thanks.

I've lost about 10 pounds already so I really didn't have a lot to lose, but it's enough... lol. I got quite lazy with my habits when my dad died last November and I gained 25 pounds. So I'm just trying to get back into my clothes comfortably!
I much prefer crunchy snacks. My favorite at the moment is those mini cucumbers. I adore them.
My favorite food is tacos. Any type and any way they're prepared. I love all the tacos!
I can definitely be satisfied with a small portion and I generally eat three meals a day and generally one snack.
