Hi! I'm so happy to find this group! I finished Jillian Michaels' Dietbet last month and just joined another for the coming month. I just joined a StepBet today, too. StepBet is new to me, but seems like it will force me to add another 20 min or so of walking to meet my daily goals, which can only help with my DietBet goal :) My goal is to hold myself accountable daily for the duration of this DietBet, which led me to check out the groups and find this one!

Welcome. I know it can be tough to lose a little. I did Jillian's too. I came 1.5 pounds short of my goal but lost weight. I find that I really have to ramp up my exercise and eat a light dinner to lose. How about you?

Yes. I have to really work out toward the end of a DietBet and definitely eat lightly at dinner, since I weigh in first thing in the mornings. This time around I've slacked off a bit on the Jillian Michaels workouts (I'm paying for her monthly app) because of the StepBet I'm also in. Those home workouts don't give me many steps to add to my final step count. If I end the day still needed more steps I'll got for a walk or do a bunch of housework to get those steps. I'm still burning calories (actually burning more than I did last month!) but I miss the dedicated 30 min of working out. This is only my second week of the StepBet, so hopefully I'll learn to balance out the two along the way.
