I know its not easy. It's just a blast to add on the fact of menopause, age, weather conditions, I have used all of these as an excuse not to try again.. Well enough of the excuses.. Doctors orders.. 40 pounds need to be gone. My liver is the way a 320 pound person should be I'm at 185 pounds.. My health is at stake here.
