In 2007, at age 50, I lost 50 lbs. For the most part, I have kept it off; however, there is that pesky 10-15 lbs. that seems to creep back. I'm fighting to get to my fighting weight (actually ideal weight for long distance running, but you get the point). I'm excited to do this challenge and look forward to supporting others.
