This diet bet happened to coincide with the start of my second round of going through the Ultimate Reset so I knew a WIN was guarenteed.

My first round was about 3 years ago where I started at 209 and lost 16 pounds. 

This time I'm starting 10 pounds heavier then my first starting weight but I've also been lifting heavy since then.

Today, I'm on day 17 of the 21 day program and down 12.5 pounds.  This is primarily based on diet with some supplements for detoxing and promoting metabolism and such but I have done some light exercise.  This is NOT a starvation diet.  In fact, your grocery bill will go up!

The Ultimate Reset ends on Sunday for me but the dietbet goes on so I'll be pushing this diet plan out to the end.  Hopefully I can dip back down below 200.
