Here are some of my very unconventional rules I have made for myself to lose weight for this challenge.   Hopefully, this will be helpful to others.  This has always worked for me in the past.  Now if I can only keep it off once I hit my target weight and not go back to my bad habits.

01 Cardio almost Every Night - One Hour 

(For Cardio, I am using an 6 year old Eliptical Machine at home)

02 Coffee - If I drink it, only black

03 No Drinks with Sugar

04 Walk / Hike at least 10 miles a week

05 No meals after 8pm

06 Can't go over 25 grams of fat a day

07 Cheat (one bad meal a week)

08 At least 8 cups of water a day
