Let me begin by saying I am already strong, and I am already pretty fit. My goal is to be beyond that, to be extraordinary and to see how far I can push, how strong and lean I can be.  I have been hitting the gym for years, and especially regularly since January of this year.

DIET has been my struggle. I have been going through issues in my work and my marriage that have caused me to be a bit of an emotional eater. I also have a very hard time saying no to food when it is free, even if I am not hungry! WHY?!

This post isn't for anybody else really, it's for me. I suggest if anybody else reads this, they call themselves out as well

I am writing this to call myself out. I think once you lay out what the problem is, it's easier to stop it. So now... onto the solutions.  So here are my rules to me, from me:

1. Planned Cheat Meal on Sunday, post weigh-in.
(Cheat MEAL, not Cheat DAY) If I don't use this cheat, it is gone. I will not replace it with another meal or another day unless it has been planned in advance (holiday, birthday, etc..)

2. Don't eat because you're sad.
Run because you are sad, lift because you are sad. Watch your favorite movie, but don't eat. I promise, Mal, you will only feel worse if you call Dominos.

3. Say NO to food at work events.
This requires planning, and meal prep. It is much easier to say no to food if you already prepared your meal and have it there.

4. If you aren't hungry... DON'T  EAT.
     Simple enough.

5. NO ALCOHOL
Only special occaisions, it hinders your progress, and makes you act f****** crazy anyways

6. MEAL PREP ON SUNDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS
No excuses. Make a grocery list. Cook. Do the damn thing. You are balling on a budget anyhow!

7. KEEP SLAYING YOUR SOUL IN THE GYM

I don't need to tell you this, it's more of a pat on the back to you-from you.. which you don't get those enough. So here it is.
