My biggest goal for this DietBet is to never go hungry! I think people associated dieting = feeling hungry and angry all the time. But I know when I've been at my best I was never hungry - I was eating clean, whole foods and this balanced out my cravings. I was eating every 3-4 hours because I planned ahead and knew what I was going to eat next. Where I've struggled in the past is getting caught up in counting calories, and when I would lose count I would just give up. Now I'm trying the 21 Day Fix so I'm counting containers - which sounds a lot easier to me! And it provides balance of veggies, complex carbs, proteins, and healthy fats. I don't think I'll be going hungry with all those delicious nutrients giving me feul! So eat up, DietBetters!
